Yorkshire Property Expert
Our Yorkshire team is led by local resident Julian Rich. Julian has an impressive track record of finding property for private clients in the area over his many years working in property.
One of our most senior search consultants, clients working with Julian greatly benefit from his knowledge and a large network of local contacts.
Yorkshire is a large county with many appealing places to live and it is often the case that the most desirable properties in prime areas don’t reach the open market. Having built a strong network of contacts during his time conducting private client searches, Julian regularly has access to properties before they’re advertised and those that are entirely off-market.
It is little surprise that most clients come to us via personal recommendation and that Julian is well known on the prime Yorkshire property scene.
He has assisted clients in buying all types of property from townhouses in Harrogate and farms on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales to retreats on the Yorkshire Coast and renovation projects suitable for developers.
