Alexandra Watkins Central (Cotswolds)
Educated at Kings Bruton, Somerset and a graduate from the University of Plymouth. In her early career, Alexandra specialised as a national account manager in a variety of business sectors.
She has always been interested in property, first moving into the real estate sector in 1999. Over the following years she assembled a successful portfolio of investment properties. Her most recent acquisition includes a traditional Cotswold Weavers Cottage, offering impressive returns from the growing holiday lettings sector.
Alexandra was also a founding director of a highly regarded niche Cotswolds building company. To date, they have sourced, acquired and overseen a variety of developments ranging from traditional cottage builds to large modern family homes, providing open plan living and spectacular views of the Golden Valley, Stroud.
Being heavily engaged in the acquisition, creative and design aspects of projects has allowed her to establish an extensive network of professionals and contacts in the local area, which her Garrington clients now benefit from.
Alexandra has lot of local knowledge and crucially, understands the important factors for families moving to a new location such as good schools, transport links and amenities.
Originally from Hampshire, Alex has lived in the Cotswolds for over 25 years. She lives with her husband, three children and an array of farm livestock – Cattle, Sheep, Pigs, Chickens and Bees. In her spare time she loves going on long walks around the Gloucestershire countryside, with her family and Springer Spaniel, Tiggy.
